Fara Williams Instagram – PFA MERIT AWARD 🏆
Our ambassador @fara44 has been honoured with the 2024 PFA Merit award for her contribution to the sport.
Fara has represented Great Britain at the 2012 olympics, where Team GB reached the quarter-finals in London.
Fara won several major honours, including the Women’s FA Cup on two occasions along with the Women’s Super League crowns with Liverpool. As a result of her excellence, Williams was inducted into the WSL Hall of Frame in 2021.
Off the field, Williams has been a strong advocate in supporting homeless charities, and post-retirement has launched a successful punditry career on the BBC.
