Gotta figure out how to do a fair giveaway so I can get rid of everything!
“What’s your secret to snapping back?” Working out before and during my pregnancy was one of the best things I could have ever done! It made my journey so much easier on my body! I would highly recommend letting your body heal for 6-12 weeks before you start being active! Having a baby is not something to be taken lightly. That being said i waited 3 weeks because my body felt ready and strong enough to endure simple and slow movements once a week!! This isn’t to encourage anyone to start working out early after giving birth but to show you how amazing our bodies are. Genetics also play a huge role in all this!
