There is always a lesson in between each moment, an opportunity to rise to the occasion or fall! I believe asking ‘why’ things unravel as they do, & seeking to understand the meaning behind certain occurrences, behaviors & interactions only leads to a better understanding of oneself in relation to the world around us. The ‘choices’ we make in each moment, also play a pivotal role in who we become and how we evolve… I continue to navigate life, seeking to appreciate the experiences handed to me, whether they be ‘good or bad’ – I see great opportunity to learn from all things!
