If you don’t rely on the outside circumstances (social media/scrolling, food, substances, meds) but try to generate it from within, somewhat naturally I believe not only do you cultivate your own fountain of happiness, but you develop much stronger relationship with the Source (whatever that might be for you) and you have a much more direct access to wisdom and guidance. The mind is not polluted it’s pure. Here are some ways I do it “naturally”. – pick your environment wisely (nature is always vibrating high and can only lift you up, it never fails) hang out with people and in situations that will raise you up (even if someone makes you laugh, make sure that the jokes and topics discussed are aligned with love, hint: sarcasm although enjoyable is of a lower frequency)
– watch and listen to super inspirational content (even if it’s cheesy, who cares, see how you feel after and put it on even though you really wanna watch that serial killer docu series 🤣)
– force yourself to come up with 10 small and incredibly specific things you’re grateful for (so thankful I was able to find organic strawberries at a market, so grateful someone complimented my decorating skills today) say it outloud as the vibration of your voice and the words spoken matters.
I also highly recommend a “dopamine detox” for at least a day. It resets everything:-) Google it. It works! More on that soon 😘
