Izabella Miko Instagram – So grateful for my friends getting me out of my house. Here are some moments when I dressed up and put some make up on in the recent weeks 😆 Although I still cry daily, I’m healing… It’s funny, sometimes you don’t need to be “talked off the ledge” sometimes you need someone there watching you go through whatever you need to go through, keeping you safe and holding a net for you to fall into. I’m grateful for my friends and for the fact that they understand this process. When you’re single and you suddenly lose your furry best friend, you literally lose your world as you know it. Perfectly crafted safe heaven with abundant, unconditional love you’ve created is gone and you need to rebuild. But before you do, you go deep into the pain and loss so it can release its grip on you. And yes, surrendering to the unknown while in complete faith is soooo hard, as our mind wants to understand and control everything, but that’s where hope and freedom has a chance to emerge and the process of rebuilding begins. Even stronger this time.
