Jennifer Morrison Instagram – Big Announcement! I am so excited to share that I’ve joined Amia, @migrainefriendlyfoods, as Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer. This is my first Co-Founder & Chief Brand Officer role and I couldn’t be more excited about the mission and vision of what we’re building at Amia.
Amia is the first ever migraine-friendly food brand, something very near and dear to my heart. As many of you know, I’ve lived with ocular migraine since 2011 and at its peak, I was getting a few migraine attacks a week. After a retreat where I focused on making healthier choices with my diet, I saw a sharp reduction in my migraine frequency.
Over 1 billion people worldwide suffer from migraines. Our mission is to build awareness around how diet plays a role and to provide easy, convenient, and delicious trigger-free food options to those of you living with this challenging condition.
I will be joining an incredible team of neurologists and registered dietitians to develop a whole line of foods free of the most common triggers.
