1. Embracing healthy sleep habits by dimming lights and avoiding screens before bed. Consistent sleep schedule is key! π
2. My morning routine fuels my day: reading, loose leaf organic tea, 20 mins of sun, journaling, breathwork, and meditation. πππ§ββοΈ
3. Moving my body 5 times a week with a mix of weights, cardio, yoga, Pilates, and hikes. ποΈββοΈπββοΈπ§ββοΈ
4. Eating organic and clean, focusing on grass-fed, grass-finished meats, and wild-caught fish. No processed foods, gluten or added sugars. ππ
5. Having fun while doing what I love most: riding horses, creating art, dancing, and cooking. π¨π΄ππ³
6. Staying hydrated with lots of spring water and electrolytes. π§
7. Being mindful of what I put on and in my body, from skincare to supplements and everything in between. πΏ
