Reflecting on our recent (and incredible) stay at @SHAWellness…
I wanted to take my mum somewhere that emphasised relaxation , detoxification, holistic wellness and reduction of inflammation as well as a beautiful and tranquil setting .
From the moment we arrived , there was an overwhelming sense of calm and care . The holistic approach at SHA, combining modern science with ancient wellness traditions, is truly unparalleled.
The personalized health plans, delicious and nutritious meals, and serene surroundings have left us feeling more balanced and energized and so grateful for what we have learned from their incredibly skilled practitioners.
I’m so grateful to have had this experience with my mum -we reconnected, laughed ,danced , got squirted with a hose wearing paper pants after a seaweed body wrap and a bath filled with coloured lights and learned so much about ourselves and how much we can do so much to optimize our health and well-being. Time with those we love and our health are so precious . So very grateful for this wonderful time with my mum and can’t wait to return🌱🌱🌱🤍🤍🤍
