Katie Piper Instagram – Sharing this on behalf of my friend @sarahhorgan_ who says “My brother was in a bike accident in Thailand last week and has been in critical care since. I am here in Thailand with him and it has been a devastating and scary time for us all.
Unfortunately the insurance company have been so awful to deal with so we’ve had to set up a go fund me as his medical bills are at €60,000 already”
