In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed cauliflower, 3 oz of Part Skim Mozzarella, 0.75 oz of Parmesan Cheese, 1 large egg, minced garlic, a pinch of sea salt, black pepper to taste, and a sprinkle of oregano. Mix until well combined. 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the crust is firm and lightly browned. 6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1.5 oz of Part Skim Mozzarella on top.
