You would never know this is cauliflower!!
Who’s making this? My kids finished this off so quickly.
Ingredients:
– 1 Bag Frozen Riced Cauliflower
– 3 oz Part Skim Mozzarella
– 0.75 oz Parmesan Cheese
– 1 Large Egg
– 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
– Sea Salt
– Black Pepper
– Oregano
– 1.5 oz Part Skim Mozzarella (for toppings)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425
2. Cook the frozen riced cauliflower according to the package instructions. Once cooked, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed cauliflower, 3 oz of Part Skim Mozzarella, 0.75 oz of Parmesan Cheese, 1 large egg, minced garlic, a pinch of sea salt, black pepper to taste, and a sprinkle of oregano. Mix until well combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the crust is firm and lightly browned.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1.5 oz of Part Skim Mozzarella on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into pieces.
8. Serve your Garlic Cheesy Bread warm and enjoy!
