KT Tunstall Instagram – I recently played this VERY loud in the car, and it brought back so many memories of the video shoot with @lexii.london and rocking this album live with @catmyersmusic @mandy_plays_bass @clareuchima and especially @hattiemoranguitar with her foot up on the wedge, slaying the guitar solo.
We found out about 3 gigs in on the WAX tour that Hattie had *never* gigged before getting the job on the tour…wait, what?!!!
She auditioned with me over zoom, and I assumed she’d played pubs, clubs…but no.
She said “I didn’t tell you cuz I thought I wouldn’t get it”. This chick was BORN gig-ready!
What an absolute badass!
The River was released 6 years ago, on August 23rd 2018!
