It’s hard to recap 10 days, 6 cities, and countless stops along the way with @efultimatebreak in one Instagram post, but let’s see if I can try.
The trip starts in Rome with a tour of the colosseum, a pasta making class, and all the beautiful sights and sounds of the eternal city. Next on the route is everyone’s Pinterest board come to life- the Amalfi coast! We visited the quaint yet bustling city of Sorrento, the vibrant town of Positano nestled in the cliffside of the coast, and the sparkling island of Capri. After all the pasta, wine, & limoncello we could handle, we flew to Athens, Greece. We stayed a couple of nights in the souvlaki capital of the world (don’t fact check me), toured the Parthenon, and partook in one of the best food tours I’ve ever been on- confirming Greek food is, in fact, superior. We then took a ferry to the Greek island of Naxos where I spent my 25th birthday and lived out all my Mamma Mia dreams. ✨
This was my first time traveling with a group (there were 35 of us I believe) and it was so nice to have a guide taking care of all the not-so-fun logistics that go into traveling internationally. Bus ride? Scheduled! Tour of the Parthenon? Booked! Dinner? Reservations have been made!
