Laura Kenny Instagram – 9 days post birth. How amazing are our bodies?! I thought it before when I had Albie. The way my body could remember what it could do before and now post Monty the same. 9 days ago I could hardly walk or move. Today I went for a slow walk on my @nordictrack_uk treadmill, pain free, to try and help my circulation since I seem to get a huge amount of water retention when I’m pregnant 🙈 I’m now looking foward to trying some of the @ifit workouts in a few weeks 💪🏻 #sponsor #ad
