This is one of my favorite pass-around party dishes, as often as not the plate doesn’t make it far into the room before it’s emptied. This recipe makes a small amount of ragù to go inside the rice balls, but double the recipe to make a larger batch if you want to save some to use as a pasta sauce. Buon Appetito!
