It was a dream come true for me to study the flute at the University of Houston, and those formative years have shaped the musician I’ve become today. Last year, I announced the first Sasha Be Flootingscholarship at the University of Houston, which was awarded to the incredible talented Ugo Obudulu. I had a chance to catch up with him recently to see how his freshman year was going, and I’m excited to share our talk so you can see how special he is!
I’m also so excited to share that we are continuing the SashaBe Flooting scholarship for another year which will benefit another special Moores School of Music student.
