Homemade meatballs!
** I do not measure seasonings – I add until I feel it looks and consistency feels good, bc Iām now a chef and have added to my resume **
6lbs of ground beef
1 finely diced onion
1 finely diced whole garlic
Breadcrumbs
5-6 eggs
Garlic salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Make the ball but semi patty shape and use your fingers to put holes on both sides before tossing into pan (I use avocado oil) ā¦ let them brown a smidge and flip ā¦ brown again and flip and thatās it!
