MacKenzie Porter Instagram – Right when I found out I was pregnant I was overwhelmed with anxiety about my career being over. A feeling I think is drilled into the minds of women from a young age.. kinda f*cked but true. I was of course so so excited but fear was the dominant feeling that consumed me. Looking back I’m sorta sad I wasted those first few months of my pregnancy filling my mind with a false narrative. As I sit here finishing off my 28 show summer tour about to jump straight into filming a new tv show, not only is my career in a place I’m so so pumped about but now I get to do it all with my daughter Bowie by my side. My squishy BoBo! Our little Bonana. She makes it all sooooo much better. She gives it all a reason. I guess I’m just saying all this to say don’t be scared of those big life changes.
