An initiative sparked with the idea of horses teaching humans leadership skills. Horses follow human partners on basis of their body language and social skills. Hence through various exercises with horses as teachers, the youth can understand the importance of authentic communication, clear direction and confidence in order to be successful leaders. Working closely with horses gives leaders a new perspective and a deep introspective understanding of their own behaviour.
