@manisharamkelkar, an actor and a car racer, believes that embracing a healthy lifestyle goes beyond just achieving a size zero figure. For her it’s about feeling strong, energetic, and happy in one’s own skin. With yoga as a cornerstone in her journey towards holistic health, she hopes her story inspires others to find their own path to wellness.
She’s an early riser, and an everyday Pranayama practitioner.
✅Workout: She mixes yoga with gym workouts to keep her routine dynamic and exciting.
✅Meals: Small, balanced meals at regular intervals to keep energy levels stable.
✅Hydration: Very important part and her favourite drink during the day is a refreshing buttermilk, which is packed with probiotics! Manisha starts her day by drinking some water with a pinch of salt for better absorption; followed by a detoxing concoction of ajwain, jeera, saunf and dhania seeds boiled in water.
✅Balancing Work and Play: Makes it a point to spend quality time with her family and friends regularly.
✅Small Joys: Plays outdoor games with kids in the colony, dances with her girlfriends for pure joy and that helps her unwind
✅Practices gratitude smiles and manifestations as a daily ritual.
As a Formula 4 car racer, there are days when Manisha’s routine shifts to the exhilarating world of motorsports and training on the racetracks is the most adventurous part of the year for her! It not only tests her physical endurance but also sharpens her mental acuity! 🏎️
She is now getting ready for Nations Cup Championship in the Middle East. Where 26 countries are participating, and she has been selected to represent India. 🇮🇳
