Maria Hering Instagram – 👶🏻 what a journey 🥳 I haven’t posted in a while bc being with my little man takes a lot of my energy and my family deserves 100 percent of my attention 🤩 ❤️ it’s incredible what the female body is going through, in pregnancy and Postpartum Period .. since I always posted fitness content here a little body update .. I started 3 month after birth my reduced workout routine, bc I wanted to give myself time to recover after a unplanned c cection 🙌 since it’s hard with a little baby to go to the gym I had to adjust to home workouts 🚀 cheers to all the moms out there who are doing there best to stay healthy and fit even with a little new human in there life .. it take even more effort and discipline 🫣💪🏼
