Martha Stewart Instagram – When Martha was four years old, her father handed her a screwdriver and showed her how to wiggle it between the cracks of a cobblestone path in their Nutley, N.J., yard to dig out a weed. Within a few hours, she’d cleared the whole path, and discovered a lifelong passion for gardening. Since then, she has filled acres of landscape with everything from colorful perennial borders and fruit trees to thriving rose bushes and an allée of boxwoods.
