This video represents what I constantly felt in Europe when I told people I was doing amapiano in Spanish. Pure happiness when I saw the shock in their faces and their reaction when they heard my song and started vibing to it.
I’m soooo freaking exited to put out my next single, my album “blessed crisis” and show my sound to the world. I’m the first Mexican/Latina artist to do amapiano in Spanish and I’m committed to bring ama to every single corner of Latin America. Amapiano is a movement, it’s culture. It’s pure bliss.
I resonate so hard with it and I will never forget what I felt when I heard it for the first time. My mind went on a magical trip and I haven’t been able to get off that cloud, I just don’t want to. I want ppl in Mexico and latam to feel that too, with lyrics in Spanish. 2 cultures combined.
Verdaderamente uno de mis momentos favoritos de mi viaje a Berlín. Mostrarle mi canción de amapiano en español a una chica africana de Cameroon mientras me trenzaba y que empezara a bailar y vibrar con ella fue de mega más vv. Había estado experimentando mucho amor en EU y un recibimiento bien lindo de las personas cuando les contaba sobre mi proyecto y de ser la primer mexicana en hacer amapiano en español. A la gente le volaba la cabeza, pero que alguien de esas tierras se emocionara con mi música fue otra cosa. Este rmx fue solo una probadita de lo que viene con mi sonido, lo que he creado con tanto amor. Amapiano es un movimiento, es cultura, es baile, es alegría, celebración. Nunca olvidaré lo que sentí la 1ra vez que lo escuché y los lugares a donde se transportó mi mente.
Ama te pone en un estado de trance y solo de pensar que puedo traer este sonido a cada rincón de México y Latinoamérica me enciende como nunca había sentido.
