Mumbai Indore 9I 659 Flight time was 18-45 pm It is 12-20 am and as punctual people we reached at 4-45 pm I hear stories of people getting stuck at the airport for hours for flight delays for different reasons .It happened to me for the first time and I actually realised what a terrible experience it is . It is 7 hours and we are still waiting with no solution. The first thing told to us was that a part is missing and is coming from Hyderabad, that story went for 5 hours and now we are being told about some spark coming out . It is an old aircraft and this happens twice every week a staff told in a meek voice. On the other counter 9 am spice jet is still due to take off at 2-00 am with passengers almost ready to give up. Mothers traveling solo with infants , elderly people traveling with medical issues, every other individual with a different story but no solution from the authorities . @allianceair
