In all the excitement of this release and years of waiting and fighting for this, I kinda forgot I was terrified. Yesterday i had major anxiety and lots of tears about opening up yet another way for me to be vulnerable and simultaneously be scrutinized. I am well aware there will be haters and people who think i don’t deserve a microphone or people who think im cringy or (insert more hate here). But when i woke up this morning i reminded myself of my goal… if i help even one person feel less alone today than they did yesterday than i did my job. So to my haters – thank you for the motivation. 🤝🏼 And to all the incredible supporters who stay lighting up my phone with kind words & gentle feedback – I couldn’t do it without you. This podcast is for you. Every. Single. Episode. I’ve done them thanks to you and our conversations through this little phone. && none of it would even be possible without the support of @mrbobbybones @morganmassengill @netjen and so many others!!
