Nastia Liukin Instagram – What an incredible honor to have been asked to perform “Les Trois Coups” last night at the Women’s Team Finals… Thank you so much @paris2024 🤍 It was truly the biggest honor.
For those who aren’t familiar, “Les Trois Coups” is inspired by the tradition of French theater, to signify the start of a performance, that the show will begin shortly.. This local tradition was carried over to the Olympics to open and being each competition and sport at the Paris 2024 Games.
PS @johnkcheng with the ultimate framer of the night… without even realizing it in the moment – keep scrolling / zoom in far right to see my dad who happened to be trying to walk by at this exact moment to only be asked to please stop because someone was coming out of the tunnel – to then seeing me and mostly likely wondering what the heck I was doing walking into the arena of the olympic team final… in a DRESS lol | Posted on 01/Aug/2024 05:27:34
