Nell Hudson Instagram – A few camera roll snaps from the Marina Abramovic retrospective at the RA, now ended.
The show was inspiring, moving and rallying. I also recently listened to her being interviewed on Desert Island Discs (very enjoyable in podcast form if you haven’t heard already) and really appreciate how much of a chatter she is. (In my head she was some sort of formidable demi-goddess.)
One thing that I apparently needed to hear was her thoughts on sentimentality, which are damning –
“Learn the lesson, and move on.” She said.
