Paloma Faith Instagram – So I’m just finishing my holiday in Italy this week. This is a photo dump that looks like I went on my own cause I can’t post pics of friends or my kids cause fame isn’t for everyone ! Ahahah! After sooooo much touring this year and the first time as a single mama I was absolutely SHATTERED. Shockingly so infact. It IS different managing kids single handedly , it just is!
When I left on my holiday I as usual thought it would help me relax and figure out my plan and get “the answers” and somehow magic up what the holy eff I should be doing with my life. But I’ve always done that and it only serves to add more pressure and more targets to fail so this time I went away and hit pause on all planning and all worrying and just lived in the moment….. I never do that. So I’m coming back having done nothing , looked after my kids in the same demanding way but in a different environment and I’m going to worry about whether I’m ok when I get back on the horse at home.
This new me is at capacity so she became still for a few weeks and that was enough. If you read my book this was a give in to the chaos moment ! I have NO PLAN!
