At times the motherhood journey can feel isolating and lonely and you can feel unable to see wood for trees especially when our culture puts so much pressure on us to do everything alone or feel guilty if we need / ask for / pay for help …. I’ve written this book as a hug for women and an eye opener for men. We are not as alone as we feel and sometimes we just have to know muddling through is all we can do and sometimes just sometimes our best might be enough for our kids
