Paloma Monnappa Instagram – One of the top reasons that I was convinced to go to Dubai 😅 was to have @chefkelvincheung ‘s food once again 🤤 It’s been too many years!
So proud of his evolution as a next level culinary artist. Such a loss for us here in Bombay! 🙁 Every dish from the 11 course tasting menu represented a chapter in his life – genuine and inspiring and above all unlike many other high end restaurants I’ve tried it was fucking delicious and unpretentious.
