I had been wanting to make this for quite some time now. The kids’ pediatrician recommended including eggs and chicken in their meals, but both Radhya and Raditya have refused to eat them properly.
I came across this recipe and just had to try it! This is the first time I’ve made a dish with chicken or any non-vegetarian dish. 🙃
Well, it turned out good! I know because I saved some for myself to taste (obviously without mashing), and it was quite nice! You guys should try it too! ♥️
If you’re vegetarian, you can try it with sweet potato, tofu, cottage cheese, etc.
