There’s something so soothing to see a little flock of pastries getting ready for the public. A friend mentioned in passing that I live a life that most chefs dream of living. I no longer work in restaurants day to day. But the life folks see me live isn’t the dream we dream of as chefs. Our dream? to be able to freely create for the public without worrying about bills, is. & I’m not there yet. My hustle just looks different in this stage of my career.
I dream of a day where I can just create and play and feed folks…. But capitalism is a bih…
