Patricia Parker Instagram – 3AM cardio before traveling home today from Sydney. 15 hour flight to LA, then a 5 hour flight to Atlanta. Only a little over a day before I can see my babies again ♥️ One hour of cardio core. The water retention from travel has destroyed me 💧 On a better note, my leg has 100% regained feeling after two treatments from @doctor_ned.
