Raja Kumari Instagram – #LSAExclusive: A decade since she started out, Raja Kumari (@therajakumari) keeps bringing the fire to “stay burning up the game”, as she says in one of her most popular songs, ‘Firestarter’. The rapper has collaborated with some of the world’s most notable artists like Gwen Stefani, Avril Lavigne, Anirudh Ravichander, the late Sidhu Moosewala and Fall Out Boy.
“One of the reasons I became a musician was the fact that music could never be concurred. Everyday is a school day and as long as I am evolving as a musician then I’m growing . This year I chose to face my fears and release a song in Punjabi. I plan on exploring more Indian languages like Tamil , Telugu , Hindi, any language. I hope to use my platform to help create an infrastructure for songwriters through music education programmes. I don’t like to put limits on myself and I can’t wait to see where my music takes me,” the songstress tells us in an exclusive interview.
