Rena Sofer Instagram – I saw a woman about to surrender this beautiful 6 year old girl at @lancasteranimalslaco . I was there with a rescue to transport and rescue a dog inside and I had to stop her. I asked her to walk off the property with me and asked her if I could take her dog instead of putting her into the shelter and she said yes. That was the best day of “chikas” life because barely a week later she went into her new foster to adopt home through 4 paws K9 rescue. Look at her happy sweet face in the arms of her new owner! There is so much sadness in the world today so we have to find our moments of light. Saving dogs, even one at a time, is my way.
