Roshni Chopra Instagram – Red lentil pancakes- (have for breakfast lunch or dinner 🧡)
– Soak 1 cup red lentil for 4-6 hours
– Once soaked drain the water and blitz to a paste .
– Add a boiled potato , 1/2 grated zucchini – please wash in salt & drain the water from it or you can use carrot , add green chilli(to taste) & 1 chopped onion salt red chilli powder & some garam masala (1/2 tsp )
– Pan fry in ghee or butter
– For the topping – to hung curd or Greek yoghurt add some chopped garlic (2 -3 cloves ) 1 green chilli salt and pepper to taste
– Sprinkle chilli oil & green onion
& chomp away !
