– will you be able to find this exact same phrasing in the performance this evening?
– how different does the music sound with the sharp sound of a nattuvanar being replaced by a Khanjira?
– there is a flute being played by Mahesh swamy in this video, but the melodic instrument this evening is going to be a violin played by Vittal. How does that change?
This is one of the parts that I don’t improvise. It’s set and I also usually do the exact same adavus. I will share other parts from rehearsal that will most likely be improvised for the forthcoming shows .
