Between performances, it’s important to plan my training properly. I’ve learned form @somyarout2806 that I have to load on the day after my performance on a Monday especially when the next show is on the following Friday. It gives me two days to recover, rehearse and do some core, functional and mobility work.

I can’t train and work on strength every alternate day while on tour like I do at home normally.
