Not just for pulav, biryani or regular rice, you can use this rice to make desserts too. Sharing a quick kheer recipe which we make using this rice at home

Kheer Recipe:
2 big handful of rice (Low GI rice by Gatti)
1 litre milk
1tsp cardamom powder
Dry fruits of your choice – almonds, cashew, chironji, pistachios (Half cup as I like more dry fruits in my kheer)
Sweetener of your choice
