We were visiting the mystical fanal forest in Madeira and I thought let’s do a mobility challenge here and out of no where Mr. Cow showed up 😂
As for the Mobility Challenge – this is a good one!
tippy toes squat down and touch one knee
back to the middle
and then other knee
and get back up on your tippy toes
I added a namaste!
Sam and I got lost in the forest, we found our way back after picking up the scent of bbq near the parking lot…follow your nose 😂
