Santhy Balachandran Instagram – I’ve always described myself as the girl equivalent of the Pillsbury doughboy — remember that ad? I’ve never had much by way of core strength, so I never could do a push up. Until this year. The first half of 2024 has been about learning that my soft, squishy body is capable of more than I ever dared to imagine. So here’s a little celebratory carousel of the progress I’ve made so far:

Thanks to the coaches at @liftwithajith and @combatfitnesscult for setting me on this path of joyful discovery. I know there’s a long way to go in terms of correcting form etc but it has been lovely to surprise myself 😊
