Serinda Swan Instagram – My doctor recently told me that I was dehydrated and needed to drink more water. He said “think of your body as a plant, you need to water it to survive right?” Yes, I replied. “So choose a plant that will be the representation of your body and start ‘watering’ it accordingly”. I paused and then asked if I could be a cactus.
Needless to say that was not one of the acceptable answers on his list.
So I’m currently chugging water like a pot of basil in the afternoon sun but the bonus is it makes my skin glow so I guess there’s that.
