It’s hard, but it’s ONLY 3 min of suffering. I do it every day now because I feel great afterwards. Thank you my master @jermskillz for making me do this, always being so kind, hard & letting me into your home❤️Currently guys my morning is: 4am wake up, Green Juice Matcha 🍵 Latte with Oat Milk, Coconut Collagen MCT oil, then 6am #coldplunge BEFORE #training . I remember years ago, @joerogan told me that he does #coldplunge BEFORE he #workout , and it helps him endure hard training more easily. And he was right !!! I should have listened earlier😂haha It’s AMAZING!!! An #icetub AFTER a workout helps you to recover.
