Victoria Spence Instagram – One of the best things anybody has ever said to me is, ‘People are going to talk about you anyway, so you might as well give them something to talk about.’ If I hadn’t been told that, I would not have been carefree enough to post everything I do here.
But deeper than that, one of the biggest things I’ve realised is that when you’re holding yourself back because you’re worried what ‘people’ might say, the majority of the time, those ‘people’ are just one critical person in your life or your own inner critic. Most ‘people’ actually want to support you, and speak nice things about you when you’re not there.
