There is a lot of scientific evidence showing that thousands of drugs, preservatives, pesticides, and other pollutants remain stored in our bodies long after we are exposed to them.
I love to do at least two seasonal detoxes per year with possibly a few shorter ones in between. Whenever I feel like I need to push the “re-set” button, clear out the inflammation and realign with physical, mental/emotional and spiritual self.
I have learned that my Lyme symptoms are at a minimum when i am on my 28 day cleanse.
So this is not a diet, its a life style that i grew into after years of suffering from dis-ease
honestly, a good cleanse/detox for me is way more than just what’s going into my mouth. It’s about what’s feeding me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
This is the food god intended us to eat and your body will teach and show you how the symptoms just melt away when given the right healing foods.
I love the @medicalmedium morning routine…… and the rest of the day i make delicious salads and steamed vegetables. Today i am on my 12th day of the cleanse and my energy on our 5 mile walk was amazing this morning, my brain is feeling much clearer, i sleep much better and my joint pain has subsided.
