Alisha Rai Instagram – I used to have very long hair. I cut it 1st time when I really needed a change in my life and obviously when i was going through some shit time🙃 @hairbysonu hesitated to cut my longgg hair but at the end we ended up chopping it so short. Since then i love having short hair. Its easy to maintain and style. I remember @hairbysonu came to my set just to blow dry and set it at early 6 AM on my request. I felt so debt, i still chose to go to this salon out of many in the town. I like humble and ethical people who work hard and chose to earn their life without any shortcuts.
However, my makeup artists and hair artists keep insisting me to keep it long as it’s quite a challenge to style it. I am trying but don’t get surprised if i cut it short again🤭
People say hair hold energies and memories. I really believe it. We girls are often so emotionally attached to our hair. It was kind of like a therapy that taught me to love my hair but also stay detached at the same time. It kind of taught the gist of loving without attachment. It’s so hard to understand and actually apply this philosophy of love without attachment.
