It is so simple to fall victim to what isn’t going your way. It’s easier right? Sad, anger, pity… be upset on what has happened to you. I’ve been there, I won’t shame someone for being there…. But don’t stay there.
Change to gratitude… for literally anything. Can’t think of something? Did you read this? There is someone who cannot see who has less than you. Wiggle your toes. There is someone who has less than that ability. Brush your hair. There is a person who only dreams of that. Favorite song? Some cannot hear that. Call a loved one. I bet there is a person who would pray to do that.
Just take a minute…. Be grateful. 🫶🏻
