Dal proteins are easily accessable to all. They also contain many essential vitamins and minerals. Easy to make, you can savor them as a healthy but filling snack any time of the day. These pattice can be stored in the fridge for 3/4 days.

Soak the dals in equal proportion overnight. Blend them into a paste in a mixie adding garlic, ginger, chillie and salt according to your taste. Cook the paste in ghee to further soften the consistency (almost tastes like galouti)
Add masalas and savoury garnishings, make into small pattice and pan fry.

Rajma 1/2 cup
Urad dal 1/2cup
Kala chana 1/2 cup
Chole 1/4 cup
(To be soaked overnight)

10/12 cloves of lasan
6/7 green chillies
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Dhaniya
(To be added to blend in mixie)

5 tablespoons of ghee to make mixture soft.

1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon amchur
1 teaspoon jeera
Salt to taste and a lot of corriander (dhaniya)
U can always add more masala if required.
