Bhoomi Shetty Instagram – I spent two beautiful days with my Vipassana friends in Alleppey, and though it was unplanned, the memories we created were some of the best. The people there were incredibly kind to us, adding even more warmth to the experience. There was no pretense, no fakeness—just real, honest connection. After 10 days of silence, we found ourselves, and once we broke the silence, the energy between us flowed effortlessly. We didn’t need to try hard to understand one another. We laughed, shared meals, explored new places, and even meditated together on the beach. It was so natural and so genuine. These memories are something I’ll always cherish.
