For 11 days, I’ll be alone with my thoughts, with no contact with the outside world, no talking to anyone—just meditation and eating Sathwik food.
I’m excited but also nervous. I’ve often been distracted by my thoughts, and to escape them, I’ve turned to things like my phone, watching something, reading, or traveling. But this time, I’m choosing to face those thoughts head-on.
Part of me is scared to confront my past—certain decisions, certain people. These memories have shaped how I see so many things, and sometimes, it’s overwhelming. Growing up can be scary. There’s a part of me that longs to stay that little girl, untouched by the complexities of life.
But I’m proud of myself for taking this step and giving myself a break from everything. This journey will be difficult, but I’m determined to complete it. My goal is to leave behind all unwanted things, doubts, and situations, and return as a detoxified soul. Cheers🥂
