I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival, and then slowly it was revealed to me. Connect back with my body. Know I am safe and let my truth guide always. Huge shout out to the amazing instructors.. I danced my heart out, learned new strengthening techniques for old injuries, meditated, swam, hiked, got massaged and pampered and basically feel like the luckiest lady alive:) The staff was soooo attentive and kind and the food was not only healthy but very delicious. I forgot what berries and peaches and plums are supposed to taste like until this week. Lastly, massive thank you to my sweetest @aimeecarpenter17 for inviting me to experience this paradise.
